When I purchased two systems. The salesperson said it would be around $95 to have the system installed. When my husband got home from the office, I told him the systems came in he said to go ahead and have ours installed. I called Simplisafe and they gave my a phone number for On Tech because they did not do instillation. I called OnTech and told them I needed our system installed - they kept asking me what I had. I opened the box and read off what I had. They said that would be $360 for instillation. I told them I did not even pay that for the system. I was told it would be $95 to have it installed. The person Said NO that is not correct. I hung up the phone because I was so mad. How can you all tell me as a new customer it would be $95 to have it installed and the salesman from the insulation place quoted me $360. What is the deal? Someone is not telling the truth. I am am stuck with two systems.
